Terms of Use

Effective date: January 1, 2025. These terms describe use of the PetalGamma Studio website and educational services.

Access and eligibility

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account.

Course access and payment

Course descriptions, prices, access periods, and included materials are shown at enrollment. A cart is an informational selection until enrollment is confirmed by the studio. All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, misuse another person’s account, scrape protected content, or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material. Repeated violations may result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual property

PetalGamma Studio owns or licenses its curriculum, written lessons, brand assets, and interface. Personal learning use does not grant permission to redistribute course materials, recordings, or any proprietary content.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund requests are reviewed according to the course-specific conditions supplied at enrollment. Contact the studio promptly with your order information. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Educational disclaimer

Course outcomes depend on practice, materials, environment, and individual decisions. Educational content is not a guarantee of commercial success or professional certification.

Liability limitation

PetalGamma Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or courses beyond the amount paid for the specific course.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
